Orders once placed cannot be Cancelled. Below are the reasons acceptable for Cancellations.
Cancellation is accepted under the following circumstances only
1. We are unable to ship the product to the Buyers location.
2. We do not have the product in Stock / Having an extreme delay in Shipping (Pre-orders do not fall in this Category)
3. The Buyer wishes to upgrade to a better product found on mdepromusicals and is willing to pay the difference in amount.
4. Unpaid orders (Bank Transfer option) Can be canceled by informing us through Mail / Call / WhatsApp along with your
Order number.
5. In case the product is in stock and the Buyer still wants to cancel the product due to any circumstances before it leaves our facility, Cancelation, and refund will be done after deducting the payment gateway charges.
6. In case the product has already left our facility, Cancellation will be done after deducting Payment Gateway Charges and Forward and Return Courier costs.
If the Buyer wishes to cancel the order for any other Reasons, the amount of purchase will be credited as reward points for Future purchases at mdepromusicals.com
This Reward points can be used to buy any product across the store. You can even make the purchase on behalf of someone. However, the reward points are NON TRANSFERABLE.
The Reward points have a validity of 1 Year and can be combined with any other offers available at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
Terms & Conditions for Return process:
- MdeProMusical.com only accepts returns made within the first 3 days after delivery. The Returns and Refunds are applicable for Transit Damage or Defective products only.
- For Proof of Transit Damage, the Customer is advised to take a Video of Unboxing. We will consider this as proof and helps us further Claim Insurance from the Courier Company. Without an Unboxing Video proof, we do not consider the Return / Refund.
- In the case of brands like Yamaha, Roland, Zoom, Boss, Hartke, and Casio, the defective product will be sent to their respective service centers for Repair.
- If within the first 3 days of Delivery, Mdepromuscials will bear the shipping cost. If any kind of warranty is claimed beyond this period, the buyer has to ship the product to us or bear the shipping charges.
- If the Buyer refuses the package at the door without any unboxing video, and then claims a Refund; MdeProMusical will refund the amount after deducting the Forward and Return Transit cost.
- If the Buyer submits wrong information during the purchase i.e. Wrong Address / Wrong Pincode / Wrong Contact number and due to which the product gets returned to our facility, the Buyer will be refunded the amount after deducting the Forward and Return Transit Cost.
- Refund is initiated the very next day we receive the item back at our facility in Mumbai Pin: 400082. Once Refunded, the amount will reflect in your account in 5-8 working days as per the bank norms. We can share the transaction ID on request.
- All return items must include original packaging along with the owner’s manual, warranty card and should not show any wear or abuse with the product.
- It is mandatory to include the invoice copy along with the returning package/ item. In case you do not have the invoice copy contact Mdepromusicals Customer Support for the invoice-related queries.
- The following items are non-returnable except for defects: opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, soundcards, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas (hygiene issues), raw-frame speakers, pickups that have been installed, drumheads and sticks, turntable cartridges, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos.
- Defective components that qualify for coverage under this warranty will be repaired after the evaluation for the product is completed.
- The time frame for servicing any pro-audio equipment or musical instrument is not fixed. It would depend on the error/ issue with the product.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
The following items are NOT covered by this warranty.
- Goods sold not be taken back
- Fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, and Batteries
- No warranty on strings either pre-fitted on the instrument or packed ones.
- No warranty on the heads of Drums and Percussion.
- Setups, adjustments, or routine maintenance of any kind.
- USB Cables, Power adapters, or any accessory item are not covered under warranty.
- Damage to finishes or cracks, splitting, or warping of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with sun, fire, moisture, body salts and acids of perspiration, guitar straps, guitar stands/hangers made from vinyl, plastic, rubber or other synthetic materials, any other chemicals or non -approved polishes.
- Damage, corrosion, or rusting of any hardware components caused by humidity, salty air, or exposure to moisture, body salts, and acids of perspiration.
- Any damage to an instrument resulting from customization or modification from factory standards.
- Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument, case, or gig bag including jacks, controls, switches, plated surfaces, tuning machines, pickguards, zippers, clasps, handles, latches, and case hardware, etc.
- All other damage and deterioration due to normal usage, wear, and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, alteration, misuse, or Acts of Nature.
- Any instrument, whose serial number is missing, altered or tampered with in any fashion.
- Any instrument purchased from anyone other than mdepromusical.com
- Instruments that have been serviced by unauthorized persons.
- Loss or theft.
- Damage caused by battery leakage.
- The cleaning of controls or contacts of electronics due to exposure to a dirty, dusty, or otherwise contaminated environment.
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket
